So this week we have a little more in store. Glenn will be finishing up the second part of “Get a Coach.” Also on the horizon, is a look at diets. We are going to try to sift through the different styles of diets (low carb, zone, carb cycling) and figure out whether a calorie deficit is the only thing that matters for losing fat (not muscle) or if you can ‘trick’ the body into letting go of fat with less of a deficit.
Another thing we have in the works is a question and answer. Any question about conditioning, weight training, mobility, nutrition, supplements or general health are all fair game.
Lastly I just want to touch on a comment I received at work today. Every week we have a weekly meeting to recap our clients and future agenda. Today I was going over two of the clients I have with my boss, and he told me they really liked the training they had done with me. This completely made my day. I’ve only had two sessions with them so far and I’m excited to continue working with them.
